Receptive Language
Expressive Language
Pragmatic Language
Articulation
Early Intervention
Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
Evaluations
Finding the right starting point.
Before scheduling an evaluation, we start with a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether an evaluation is the right next step and what type of evaluation may be needed.
Evaluations may focus on a specific area, such as articulation, or provide a comprehensive look at communication abilities, strengths, and challenges. They may include formal assessments, informal measures, observation, and caregiver or client input.
A detailed written report with findings and recommendations is provided within approximately 2–3 weeks.
Therapy
Built around strengths, needs, and real-life goals.
Therapy is individualized and built around each client’s strengths, needs, and goals. We prioritize what matters most to you, so communication grows in ways that are meaningful.
Clients are supported in understanding and participating in their goals in a way that makes sense for them, helping build engagement and motivation throughout the process.
Sessions are grounded in evidence-based practice and designed to extend beyond the therapy space, supporting communication across environments.
AAC Evaluations & Support
Helping communication become accessible.
AAC, or augmentative and alternative communication, provides alternative ways to communicate for individuals who are nonspeaking or have unreliable speech.
AAC evaluations help determine the most appropriate system for each individual, which may include low-tech, mid-tech, and/or high-tech AAC options. When appropriate, funding reports can be completed to support access to devices and accessories.
Ongoing support may include device setup and programming, updating vocabulary, modeling language without expectation, and helping families understand how a specific language system is used.
Caregiver Coaching
Practical support beyond the session.
Caregiver coaching supports the people who are part of a client’s everyday life. This service focuses on building confidence and practical strategies that can be used throughout daily routines.
Coaching may include guidance on supporting communication at home or in the community, responding to communication attempts, and creating more opportunities for meaningful interaction.
This service can be provided alongside therapy or as a standalone option. It is available in person as well as through telehealth.
